MAC OS 10.12 WHEEL INSTALL
Here at my other office, I am trying to install on another machine (OSX 10.9) where I was also to the point in the debugging that I had installed JDK.

I have apache maven 3 installed and added to PATH. I have the oracle java installed (v 1.8) and JAVA_HOME and JDK_HOME pointing to that install.
